Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaking faucets and spigots.
• Carry out a variety of small repair tasks including tightening loose toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall holes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and operational equipment by cleaning and lubricating them regularly.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and safety protocols, report any maintenance concerns, hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly, and complete all required safety training and certifications.

Candidate Profile

• Maintain a clean and hazard-free working environment.
• Possess a strong commitment to delivering workmanship of the highest quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Exhibit a hands-on approach combined with a guest-service mindset at all times.
• Experience or skills in multiple trades such as refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and painting are considered advantageous.
