Position Overview

At JW Marriott in Doha, Qatar, the Guest Arrival Expert plays a pivotal role in making guests' arrivals and departures remarkable. This role aims to deliver a unique and memorable experience by assisting guests throughout their stay, managing operational procedures, and providing helpful information about the local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer warm greetings and assistance to guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive impression.
• Serve as a proactive resource addressing guest needs, operational tasks, and required reporting.
• Handle luggage safely, including managing items weighing up to 50 pounds independently and heavier objects with help.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, professional communication, and adherence to company policies.
• Create and sustain a safe working environment while safeguarding confidentiality and company assets.
• Stand, walk, and move actively throughout work shifts, engaging physically as necessary to fulfill duties.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience or supervisory background required.
• No licenses or certifications are necessary for this position.
