Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare quality drinks, whole bean coffee, and food items following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with store operations such as opening, closing, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security protocols are met.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth store function.
• Anticipate and respond to customer and store requirements by familiarizing yourself with the store environment and guests.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing customers and fostering genuine connections.
• Keep the work area clean and organized for the benefit of both customers and partners.

Candidate Profile

No prior experience is necessary to join as a barista. A passionate approach to delighting customers and creating memorable moments through excellent beverage craftsmanship and friendly interactions is essential. Expect varied daily tasks including early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
