Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to lead dynamic shifts, support teammates, and inspire both partners and customers to enjoy the Starbucks Experience.
• Manage shift priorities and delegate tasks efficiently to optimize store operations and drive profitability.
• Motivate and empower the team, anticipating and resolving challenges to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Identify and utilize teaching opportunities to share best practices and foster continuous learning among partners.
• Oversee execution of store operations during shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to Starbucks operational policies, including cash handling, safety, and security protocols to protect partners during shifts.
• Maintain high standards for product quality by consistently following recipes and presentation guidelines, complying with health, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Requirements

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in customer-facing environments, ideally within retail or hospitality sectors.
• Proven ability to lead operational activities and solve problems in fast-paced settings.
