Job Expectations and Responsibilities
- Produce consistently excellent beverages, food, and whole bean products following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with routine store procedures such as opening, closing, cash handling, and adhering to safety and security requirements
- Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth store operations
- Understand and anticipate customer and store needs by familiarising with the environment and clientele
- Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing customers and fostering meaningful connections
- Keep work areas clean and organized for the benefit of customers and coworkers
Additional Information
The store's schedule may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends due to the nature of the business. No prior experience is required; all that is needed is a passion for delighting customers. The hiring process involves application submission, CV review, telephone interview, verification of right to work, an in-store interview experience, followed by offer and onboarding.
