Responsibilities

• Consistently craft premium quality beverages, food items, and whole bean products adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist with operational duties such as store opening and closing, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store functions, especially during high-demand periods.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer and store needs by becoming familiar with the store environment and clientele.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing customers and fostering genuine connections.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized to ensure a pleasant environment for customers and colleagues.

Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends due to operational needs.

Selection Process

The hiring process includes application submission, CV review, telephone interview, verification of work eligibility documentation, in-person interview with in-store experience, followed by an offer and onboarding.
