Key Responsibilities

• Bring our Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to life by crafting products and experiences that customers truly appreciate.
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards by keeping your work area clean, organized, and always ready for audits.
• Lead and support your team by fostering a workplace culture built on wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Continuously enhance your baking skills and leadership abilities by staying curious and motivated.
• Perform effectively under pressure by managing the demands and fast pace of a busy bakery environment efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry credential.
• Bring prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Work Schedule

Roster Option 1: Thursday to Sunday, shift from 3:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
