Key Responsibilities

• Bring to life our Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) by crafting products and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met by maintaining immaculate, organized, and audit-ready workstations.
• Lead and support your team, fostering a culture that values wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Maintain a growth mindset by continually refining your baking skills and leadership capabilities.
• Perform confidently under pressure, managing the physical and time demands of a busy bakery environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a formal qualification in baking or an industry-recognized equivalent.
• Have prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Work Schedule

Roster option: Sunday through Thursday, from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM, offering an early start and freeing up your afternoons.
