Role Overview

We seek enthusiastic Bakers who start early, often around 3 AM, to prepare the delicious bagels that make us unique. Bakers play a critical part in ensuring the highest quality of bagels and pastries are stocked and ready for each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and quality baked goods are available by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service, including order taking and sandwich preparation.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask effectively and operate in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check according to applicable laws.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred, required at some locations, along with meeting company driving qualifications.
• Compliance with tip eligibility rules based on state regulations.

Physical Demands

This role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently throughout working hours, with accommodations provided as needed.
