Work Schedule

The bakery shift typically starts very early in the morning, with hours from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM Sunday through Wednesday, and on Thursday shifts end slightly earlier at 9:30 AM.

You will use your baking expertise to prepare trusted, well-loved bakery products that satisfy your local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by bringing the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) philosophy into your product preparation and customer interactions to create positive experiences.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring that all bakery stations are clean, well-organized, and ready for audits.
• Provide guidance and support to your team while fostering a workplace culture that promotes wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Continuously improve both your baking skills and leadership abilities with a curious and motivated mindset.
• Effectively manage the physical demands and fast pace of bakery production, maintaining quality under tight schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a recognized baking qualification or an equivalent credential within the industry.
• Have prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
