About Einstein Bros. Bagels

We prioritize work-life balance, closing our stores by 2 PM to ensure employees do not miss important personal moments such as events or concerts.
Role Overview
As a Baker, you will be the foundation of our bakery, arriving early to prepare our signature bagels. Starting as early as 3 AM with your choice of podcast or music, you will handle the core baking tasks that define our brand.
Daily Responsibilities
- Maintain product availability by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case each shift
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service, including assisting with order taking and sandwich preparation
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings (starting as early as 3 AM) and weekends
- Ability to pass background checks as per local, state, and federal regulations
- Driver's license preferred but only mandatory at specific locations according to company policy
- Tip eligibility depends on state laws
Physical Demands
The position requires intermittent sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving during working hours; reasonable accommodations can be provided if needed.
