About the Role

This full-time position is based in our vibrant Krispy Kreme store located in Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Cork. The store enjoys a lively atmosphere with excellent transport connections and free parking, making it an appealing workplace where you will provide freshly made doughnuts, quality coffee, and friendly service.

Position Overview

As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing shifts, ensuring excellent customer interactions, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and driving sales. You will lead and motivate a friendly team, balancing front-of-house duties such as operating the till, serving beverages, and packing delicious treats, with back-of-house responsibilities including inventory checks, weekly reporting, recruitment, and maintaining team morale. When the manager is absent, you will take full charge of the store operations.

Additional Information

Our store operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM, and Sundays from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
