About the Role

Join the team at Krispy Kreme UK & IRE as a Cleaning Operative based in our Peterborough manufacturing site. In this full-time onsite role, you'll be key in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the doughnut production environment, helping ensure our products retain their well-loved quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Sanitize doughnut trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils within the production area.
• Maintain cleanliness in staff lounges, corridors, and other indoor spaces to provide a comfortable environment.
• Manage outdoor cleanliness including bins, trolleys, and disposal of food waste and recycling materials.

Working Conditions

This position is fast-paced and hands-on, supporting the doughnut-making process daily in varying weather and operational conditions.

Candidate Profile

• Available to work 8-hour shifts aligned to the manufacturing schedule.
• Flexible availability across all days of the week.
• Strong focus on hygiene and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Positive, reliable, and eager to learn with a team-oriented mindset.
• Attentive to detail without taking oneself too seriously.
