Key Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations by engaging with customers, driving sales, and maintaining a safe, clean environment
• Manage and motivate the team, fostering a positive work atmosphere while actively participating in serving tasks such as operating the till, preparing drinks, and packaging products
• Handle behind-the-scenes duties including stock verification, weekly reporting, recruitment efforts, and ensuring team satisfaction
• Act as acting manager in the absence of the store manager

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing retail floor operations or eagerness to step into a leadership role
• People-oriented leadership style prioritizing customer satisfaction and positive morale
• Proven teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach and accountability
• Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends
• Energetic, dependable work ethic with a willingness to learn continuously

Salary
