Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team, responsible for creating the bagels that define our brand. Bakers start early, sometimes as early as 3 AM, working in an environment accompanied by their favorite podcasts or music. The role entails maintaining product quality and ensuring readiness each shift.

Daily Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel display and pastry case to guarantee availability and freshness.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service, including assisting with order taking and sandwich preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including early mornings starting as early as 3 AM and weekends.
• Must pass background checks compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license is preferred and required at some locations, meeting company driving standards.
