Responsibilities

• Bring to life our Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) by crafting products and experiences that delight customers.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards by keeping workstations clean, orderly, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support your team to cultivate a culture of wellbeing, resilience, and shared achievements.
• Maintain a sense of curiosity and determination by continuously improving both your baking skills and leadership capabilities.
• Efficiently manage the physical demands, pace, and deadlines of a busy bakery environment.

Requirements

• Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry certification.
• Have experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced bakery setting.

Work Schedule

The roster includes early morning shifts, such as Tuesday to Saturday from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM, enabling you to beat the traffic and keep your afternoons free.
