Role Overview
We are seeking a Baker who plays a vital role in our brand. Bakers start early, often by 3 AM, preparing the signature bagels that define us. The role involves stocking bagel walls and pastry cases to ensure quality products throughout each shift. Responsibilities also include supporting team efforts with order taking and sandwich preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and delivering excellent guest service.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work varying schedules including early mornings (starting as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
- Successful completion of background checks in accordance with laws.
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred (only mandatory at certain locations) and meeting company driving standards.
- Eligibility for tips based on applicable state law.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The position requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and frequent movement throughout the shift. Such activities may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
