About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and implement automated test scripts leveraging Selenium to validate software quality.
- Work closely with development teams to determine testing needs and devise detailed test strategies.
- Evaluate test outcomes, detect defects, and collaborate with developers for timely fixes.
- Regularly improve testing frameworks and methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to uphold testability and quality benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BTech, BCA, BE, or BSc.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance automation, particularly with Selenium.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Java Selenium to craft reliable test scripts.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.
- Proven success in enhancing testing strategies and procedures.
- Ability to thrive in Agile development environments and adjust to evolving requirements.
- Background in performance and load testing considered advantageous.
