About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sprinklr Integration Engineer to join our team across multiple locations including Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Noida. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with the Sprinklr platform, focusing on platform implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing support. Your efforts will ensure seamless integration of Sprinklr with various enterprise and CRM platforms to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and provide support for Sprinklr platform solutions.
- Design and develop integration solutions connecting Sprinklr with enterprise systems.
- Integrate Sprinklr with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and other third-party applications.
- Set up workflows, automation processes, case management, and reporting mechanisms within Sprinklr.
- Develop and utilize REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate system integrations.
- Analyze and resolve integration, application, and performance-related challenges.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into technical implementations.
- Manage deployments, upgrades, and improvements for Sprinklr solutions.
- Create comprehensive technical documents, process maps, and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain platform security, ensure scalability, and guarantee availability.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience working directly with the Sprinklr platform.
- Strong skills in Sprinklr integrations.
- Proficient in API integrations including REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience integrating with CRM, contact center, or customer experience platforms.
- Understanding of social media engagement practices and customer service workflows.
- Familiarity with data formats and mapping, specifically JSON and XML.
- Knowledge of SQL and database principles.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Sprinklr modules such as Care, Social, Marketing, or Insights.
- Exposure to contact center technologies including Genesys, NICE CXone, or Cisco.
- Experience with cloud services like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Some knowledge of automation or scripting tools.
- Sprinklr certification is a plus.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Applications (BE/B.Tech/MCA) or an equivalent qualification.
