About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals specialized in Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team as PLM Teamcenter Consultants/Developers. The role involves working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to enhance PLM processes and boost product development workflows.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet business needs.
- Create custom solutions using Teamcenter development tools like ITK, SOA, RAC, AWC, BMIDE, and Workflow Designer.
- Manage Product Structure, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Change Management processes within Teamcenter.
- Administer Teamcenter environment including user management, access control, and system upkeep.
- Integrate Teamcenter with CAD platforms including NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Facilitate integration of Teamcenter PLM with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and MES software.
- Design and maintain workflows, business rules, and data models to streamline processes.
- Conduct data migration, system upgrades, and deployment tasks.
- Troubleshoot application performance and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective PLM solutions.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation and customization.
- In-depth understanding of Teamcenter architecture and underlying data models.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter development tools: BMIDE, ITK, SOA, RAC, AWC, and Workflow customization.
- Expertise in Product Structure management and BOM handling.
- Knowledge of Change Management processes including ECR, ECO, and ECN.
- Experience in Teamcenter administration and configuration tasks.
- Programming skills in Java, C++, XML, SQL, and various scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of CAD system integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC).
- Knowledge in Teamcenter modules like Manufacturing, Requirement Management, and Classification.
- Participation in Teamcenter data migration and upgrade projects.
- Skill with Teamcenter Gateway for SAP integration.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based PLM implementations.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MCA in areas such as Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
