Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have between 11 to 15 years of experience and a strong technical background in cloud-native development, distributed systems, and microservices, aligned with business and product objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and establish competency frameworks focused on cloud-native development, distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure development and design strategies align with the business and product roadmap.
• Participate actively in an agile development environment within a DevSecOps framework.
• Develop cloud-native microservices guided by Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Create responsive, adaptive user interfaces integrated via APIs, adhering to UI/UX standards.
• Design application, data, and infrastructure services with emphasis on performance, resilience, and high availability.
• Convert user stories into scalable technical solutions supporting diverse business functions.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and implementation of services that support key business needs.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native design concepts.
• Proficiency with Java ecosystem and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with APIs, event streaming, and orchestration mechanisms.
• Hands-on knowledge in developing Spring Boot microservices.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms such as MQ and Kafka.
• Experience working with databases including PostgreSQL, YugabyteDB Universe, and Neo4j Graph DB.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like Temporal and distributed runtimes such as DAPR.
• Competence with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Jira, GitHub, and SonarQube.
• Exposure to agentic AI systems and large language model (LLM)-based learning technologies.
