Role Overview
The Associate Digital Project Coordinator plays a supporting role in overseeing specific projects, assisting the Digital Manager and subject matter experts to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with strategic planning and coordination of digital projects.
- Help define project objectives and critical milestones.
- Align project activities with the organization's broader strategic goals.
- Facilitate integration of projects with other digital initiatives.
- Promote innovative methods within project coordination processes.
- Manage daily project activities and timelines while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to enable smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and contribute to solving operational issues.
- Support allocation and management of project resources.
- Participate in quality assurance processes including testing activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and generate reports.
- Ensure that projects comply with established standards and guidelines.
- Perform record-keeping and administrative tasks associated with project management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline is required.
- Certifications in business analysis, data analytics, or risk management are advantageous.
- At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in project management.
