Overview
The Strategy Execution Coordinator operates within the Director's Office to ensure all strategies committed by the Director, RK Ma’am, are effectively tracked, executed, and completed without delays. This crucial position involves close collaboration with multiple teams and managing production workflows from shoot preparation through to content editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive written tracker detailing all strategies agreed upon by the Director, including objectives, rationale, and deadlines.
- Decompose each strategy into weekly actionable tasks, agreed upon by the Director, and track progress accordingly.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with the Director in her preferred tone and rhythm, focusing on encouragement and positivity without lecturing or undue pressure.
- Recognize and acknowledge completed tasks to sustain momentum and motivation.
- Manage weekly reviews with the Director to assess committed versus accomplished tasks, reschedule or drop pending items transparently with her decision.
- Coordinate with other teams to remove blockers impeding strategy execution, ensuring the Director's time is optimized.
- Oversee the production pipeline, liaising daily with the Production Coordinator to confirm shoot readiness, timely shooting, prompt raw file uploads, and assignment to editors, while flagging delays ahead of schedule.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all information and communications within the Director’s office.
Who You Will Work With
- The Director (RK Ma’am): Regular reporting and follow-up management.
- Production Coordinator: Daily coordination from shoot setup to post-production handover.
- Publishing Manager: Updates on production delays and publication priorities.
- Executive Assistants: Scheduling strategy work and managing the Director's calendar.
- Implementation Executive & Process Coordinators: Assistance with strategies evolving into systems or processes.
- Media Team and Editors: Collaboration for story and content delivery tied to strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in executive assistant, chief-of-staff, project coordination, or operations roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in English and Hindi communication (written and spoken).
- Comfortable using laptops extensively during work hours.
- Competent with Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and company dashboards for maintaining trackers and entering daily reports (training provided).
- Strong reading comprehension to interpret SOPs and instructions accurately and act independently.
- Highly disciplined in follow-ups with polite persistence and a sense of ownership over outcomes.
- Emotionally intelligent, adaptable communication style sensitive to moods and contexts, particularly with senior leadership.
- Organized, punctual in preparing concise weekly reviews, and committed to confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- Experience supporting senior leaders or founders in executive assistant, project coordination, or chief of staff roles.
- Familiarity with video production or working alongside content teams.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles.
Success Indicators
- All commitments made by RK Ma’am are either accomplished or intentionally rescheduled, without unacknowledged drops.
- Consistent weekly review meetings are conducted.
- Production file uploads and editor assignments are timely, and delays are addressed proactively.
- The Director perceives follow-ups as supportive and motivating rather than intrusive.

Additional Information
- Location: Margao Office, Goa; includes travel with the Director to shoots, hostels, and other locations as needed.
- Work arrangement: This is an onsite, full-time, permanent role.
- Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and interview results.
