Job description
About the Role
Promotour is seeking a meticulous and organised E-Distribution Coordinator to oversee the accurate management and online distribution of our hotel products, including rates, availability, and associated content.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Maintain precise control over hotel product data, ensuring up-to-date rates and availability.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to coordinate content distribution online.
- Utilise strong numerical ability and proficiency in Excel to support data accuracy.
- Apply an analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving within distribution processes.
- Demonstrate good communication skills to facilitate coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with travel technology and online distribution systems with enthusiasm.
Preferred Experience
Prior work at DMCs, tour operators, hotels, in reservations, contracting, or e-distribution domains is advantageous. Knowledge of channel managers, extranets, or hotel distribution systems is a plus. Complete training on Promotour’s internal platforms will be provided.
