Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Store Manager to join the Pandora team at our Richmond Mall location. This position focuses on leading daily retail operations, inspiring team performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager by coaching and motivating the retail team to meet sales and profitability goals while exemplifying outstanding customer service.
  • Manage retail operational activities including stock control, adherence to store procedures, security, team scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead store operations and business performance during the Store Manager's absence.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, managing team distribution and optimizing the customer experience.
  • Become a product expert through comprehensive training on Pandora’s luxury jewellery, and foster team development to unlock their potential.

  • Experienced in retail leadership with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and nurturing a positive team culture.
  • Effective communicator skilled at coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to changing business demands.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude aligned with Pandora’s values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
  • Well-presented individuals with a genuine interest in desirable products and retail.
  • Prior experience with recognized brands or consumer product retailing is advantageous.
