The Store Incharge is entrusted with the comprehensive supervision and smooth functioning of a retail outlet or warehouse. This includes ensuring all daily store operations are executed effectively, achieving sales goals, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage everyday store activities to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure the premises are consistently clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Oversee proper procedures during store opening and closing.
• Keep precise records of inventory and monitor stock levels to place timely replenishment orders.
• Implement measures to avoid stock damage, theft, or loss and conduct routine inventory audits.
• Meet sales targets aimed at boosting store profitability while addressing customer questions and resolving grievances.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences to sustain satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor store personnel, preparing work schedules and tracking attendance.
• Inspire and motivate staff to enhance performance.
• Generate and maintain reports related to sales, expenses, billing, and cash handling for managerial review on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
