Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Assistant Store Manager for our Hurstville location. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will oversee daily store activities, mentor the team, and contribute to achieving sales and operational goals. Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations and meeting sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Encourage and lead the team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve performance goals.
- Support visual merchandising, stock control, and maintain store presentation standards.
- Contribute to managing labor costs and optimizing staff scheduling.
- Coach and develop team members to foster their growth and capabilities.
- Ensure the store adheres to safety and compliance standards at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time retail, or leadership support role such as Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager in Charge.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to developing leadership skills.
- A passion for nurturing team talent and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet business objectives.
- Knowledge of stock management, merchandising, and retail operational procedures.
