Role Overview
We seek a dedicated Store Manager to lead and inspire the team at our Parramatta location. This leadership role entails full accountability for store operations, driving sales growth, coaching staff, and enhancing the Skechers brand presence across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Drive overall store results including sales, added value, units per transaction, and outstanding customer service.
- Lead by example on the shop floor by engaging customers and promoting world-renowned products.
- Coach and mentor a diverse team to foster a high-energy, high-performance, and enjoyable working environment.
- Manage daily store operations, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and uphold strict operational standards.
- Deliver weekly business performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Maintain rigorous standards in wage management, shrink control, visual merchandising, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies to secure a safe workplace for all employees.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader (Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor) with a consistent record of enhancing sales and team effectiveness.
- Ability to operate independently with sound decision-making capabilities for in-store leadership.
- A growth-oriented mindset eager to receive feedback and advance to flagship or senior leadership roles.
- Passion for coaching and developing others, committed to building engaged, high-achieving teams.
- Strong operational aptitude in visual merchandising, inventory control, and store presentation.
