We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team at the Victoria Point store. This key role involves overseeing all facets of store operations, driving sales and customer engagement, cultivating a motivated and high-performing team, and expanding the Skechers brand influence across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the entire store's results, including sales performance and team leadership.
• Provide coaching and development tailored to individual team members to foster growth.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, actively engaging customers and driving product education.
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring adherence to wage control, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising standards.
• Deliver timely feedback on weekly business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies to maintain a secure environment.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or senior supervisory role with a history of enhancing sales and team achievements.
