Assistant Store Manager

Overview

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations focusing strongly on inventory replenishment and merchandising activities.
• Supervise, inspire, and motivate retail staff to achieve established productivity and performance goals.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising standards and consistent stock availability throughout the store.
• Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-moving, high-volume retail environment.
• Support overall operational initiatives to contribute to the store's business growth objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Proven competence in merchandising strategy and inventory control.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Capacity to perform physically demanding work regularly.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
