About the Role
Based at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar, you will play an essential role in supporting all Food & Beverage operations at the resort. Your aim is to enhance guest satisfaction, improve staff performance, and boost business outcomes. By developing a strong team culture and delivering timely, polite service aligned with brand and Food & Beverage standards, you will ensure high-quality offerings and a safe, hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive guest satisfaction through attentive service and quality assurance.
- Maintain workplace safety and sanitation standards.
- Oversee daily team member relations and encourage empowerment through training and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong enthusiasm for leadership and effective teamwork.
- Keen attention to detail to uphold operational excellence.
- Outstanding skills in guest service.
