Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily operations of a single store, including associate hiring, direction, and managing the team's efforts to meet financial objectives while consistently delivering excellent guest experiences. Successful leadership preparation includes at least three weeks of in-store leadership training.

Eligibility and Requirements

• High school diploma mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius if required
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with provisions for religious accommodations
• Current Serve Safe food safety certification
• The role involves working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling kitchen tools safely
• Ability to work under hot and noisy conditions with limited space and high shelves
• Strong verbal communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities and conflict management
