About the Role
Noel Group seeks an experienced Factory Manager on behalf of an international manufacturing firm based in County Meath, Ireland. This position involves leading and developing all teams on site and overseeing daily operations. The company is expanding globally and prioritizes operational excellence alongside employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operational KPIs at the site to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
- Provide consistent progress reports to the Operations Manager, Group Managers, and Leadership Team.
- Drive the development of a high-performing organization through operational excellence methodologies.
- Implement CAPEX investments to stay current with technological innovations.
- Foster a healthy and positive workplace culture aligned with company values and maintain status as an employer of choice.
- Travel to other European manufacturing facilities as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven leadership experience managing a manufacturing site using lean management and continuous improvement strategies.
- At least five years in senior management roles within manufacturing.
- Strong track record in operational efficiency, financial oversight, and health and safety compliance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from €75,000 to €85,000, depending on experience, plus performance bonus.
