Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager plays an essential role in assisting the operation of a single store. Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home to another store location if required
• Flexible scheduling availability including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe)

Working Conditions and ADA Statement

Work often involves exposure to heat, steam, and food vapors with prolonged standing. Employees will prepare hot and cold food utilizing kitchen tools such as the Chinese cook knife, operate in a fast-paced, often noisy environment, and be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Effective communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills are necessary. Compensation

The pay range for this position is $27 to $30 per hour. Pay is influenced by the location and individual experience, with no guaranteed bonuses and the right reserved by Panda Restaurant Group to modify or discontinue bonus programs.
