Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of a single restaurant location. Your responsibilities include hiring, supervising, and guiding team members to meet financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction. To prepare you, we provide over three weeks of focused store leadership training.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius from current residence
• Flexible availability including early openings, late closings, weekends, and holidays based on operational demands

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Salary Details

The pay scale ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, based on site location and individual experience. Bonus opportunities are discretionary, and the company reserves the right to modify compensation plans at any time.
