Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the daily management of the pub and take charge during their absence.
• Lead the team to bring the Greene King brand to life by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Serve as a positive role model, providing support for team training and development.
• Maintain high brand standards and ensure the safety of customers and staff at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and develop team members effectively.
• Ability to stay composed and adaptable during busy or challenging situations.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proficient spoken and written English sufficient to perform job duties safely, including understanding allergen controls.
