Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable and heartfelt customer experience with every visit.
• Step in for the management team when required, resolving issues effectively in their absence.
• Coordinate and organize the team efficiently during busy shifts to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain the bar area in a safe, legal, and sanitary condition, promptly addressing any concerns or problems.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring drinks—especially pints—are served to perfection.
• Set a positive example for your team by providing exceptional service and welcoming every customer warmly.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to challenging situations that arise during busy periods.
• Possess a proactive, positive attitude and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Proficient spoken and written English skills to work safely and comply with allergen regulations.
