Job description
About the Role
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Technical Engineers. This position is based in Kurkumbh, Pune, and involves instrumental calibration and troubleshooting within industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate and troubleshoot various instruments including Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters (DP, Radar, Ultrasonic), Temperature Transmitters (PT-100, PT-1000, Thermocouple J and K types), and Mass Flow Meters utilizing HART Communicators.
- Perform calibration and troubleshooting of Gas Analyzers and Load Cells.
- Maintain detailed calibration records, maintenance reports, and equipment history logs.
- Conduct loop checks of both hot and cold types efficiently.
- Troubleshoot PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems for process controls.
- Service and troubleshoot various valve types and filling machines to ensure proper operation.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and promote compliance across all tasks.
- Work collaboratively within teams, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is beneficial.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Educational background: ITI or Diploma in Instrumentation.
- Professional experience: 5 to 8 years in relevant fields.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills in instrumentation and control systems.
- Commitment to rigorous safety practices and operational protocols.
