Role Overview
The Assistant Manager supports and reports directly to the General Manager, serving as the daily leadership presence in the restaurant. The primary focus areas include driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and upholding consistent product quality.
Key Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory experience within the quick service restaurant industry.
- Completion of high school education.
- A strong willingness to learn new skills and advance professionally.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for operational requirements.
