About the Role

As a Team Member at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants, you'll contribute to making a positive impact by serving our Franchisees, Teams, and valued Guests. You will play an essential role in ensuring the restaurant is guests' first choice by delivering outstanding customer service and quickly serving bold, flavorful food.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability by enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Communicate guest feedback and suggestions promptly to the General Manager.
• Recognize and address the needs of our Guests efficiently.
• Complete cross-training and certification to proficiently handle various roles.
• Follow company policies and procedures strictly to optimize satisfaction for guests and team members alike.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere for both employees and guests.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in guest service or food preparation is preferred.
• Basic math skills are necessary.
• Capability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours.
• Energy and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Alignment with core company values including integrity, excellent service, courage to be bold, and a passion for growth.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
