At Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants, the Team Member plays a vital role in supporting Franchisees, teams, and guests to ensure the restaurant is the first choice for customers. This position involves delivering outstanding guest service alongside quick, bold food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance sales and profitability by focusing on guest satisfaction
• Communicate any guest concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager
• Proactively recognize and respond to the needs of guests
• Participate in cross-training and obtain certifications across multiple job positions
• Follow policies and procedures to optimize satisfaction for both guests and employees
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and customers

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in guest service or food preparation preferred
• Fundamental math skills
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including extended hours
• High energy level to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Food Safety Certification is advantageous
