Role Overview

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient operations of the assigned restaurant location. This role focuses strongly on upholding the principles of quality, excellent service, cleanliness, and a hospitable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Possess in-depth knowledge of all facets of restaurant management and prior experience in food service operations.
• Maintain valid automobile liability insurance meeting at least state minimum requirements, with proof of coverage provided.
• Have access to a home or mobile phone; if not currently available, one must be acquired within three weeks of employment commencement.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage staff and engage with patrons.
• Exhibit attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and the ability to stay composed in challenging or stressful situations.
• Educational qualification of a high school diploma or an equivalent credential is mandatory.
