Job description
Purpose of Your Work
At Checkers & Rally’s, our mission is to positively impact lives by supporting our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As part of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will play a key role assisting the General Manager in executing restaurant strategies by meeting sales and profit objectives, adhering to procedures, and delivering exceptional service to both Guests and Team members. Your support will help make the restaurant the preferred choice for customers and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance sales and profitability through excellent Guest satisfaction and effective management of daily restaurant operations.
- Report any issues or suggestions regarding the restaurant, staff, or Guests promptly to the General Manager.
- Assist in recruiting and selecting qualified Team Members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during shifts.
- Provide training to Team Members on operational standards, company policies, and Guest service protocols.
- Identify and address complaints or violations of policies and procedures.
- Deliver consistent feedback and coaching to Team Members to enhance their performance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both staff and Guests.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification in Food Safety is required.
- 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
- Competence in basic mathematics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied and extended hours.
- High energy and stamina suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
