About the Role
Join the team as a General Manager where you will lead a high-volume restaurant to profitability by upholding McDonald's rigorous standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with leadership to set and drive the restaurant's goals, while fostering an environment where teamwork and coaching lead to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As the General Manager, you are charged with overseeing all restaurant operations, guiding Department Managers to set and achieve their objectives, and providing ongoing coaching and leadership to enhance departmental performance. Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers is also a crucial function to ensure the restaurant is equipped with strong leadership for the future.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume location, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. This role requires a proactive leader who takes personal pride and ownership in their responsibilities, inspiring others to excel daily. All candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position at this franchise-operated restaurant.
