Key Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Lead crew members and other managers with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan and monitor shift performance, taking corrective actions to meet McDonald's operational standards.
• Manage safety, security, and profitability during each shift.
• Communicate effectively with succeeding Shift Managers to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Work toward achieving departmental and shift targets.
• Manage schedules and coordinate training efforts.
• Maintain daily inventory and oversee food safety compliance.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is clean and well-maintained.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior leadership experience preferred, especially in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible availability to accommodate a fast-paced work environment.
• Minimum age of 18 years as required for managerial roles in corporate-owned McDonald's locations.
