Key Responsibilities
- Lead all restaurant operations covering food preparation, customer service, and managing crew and fellow managers
- Guide People processes including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, mentor, and inspire your team for optimal performance
- Make informed business decisions involving inventory control, budgeting, and cost management
- Ensure adherence to McDonald's stringent food safety standards
- Maintain safety standards for both guests and employees
- Oversee maintenance plans to uphold operational excellence
Candidate Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- A passion for customer service and team support
- At least 1 year of experience in leadership, motivation, or development roles, or equivalent US Military Service
- A dedication to workplace safety and excellence
- Effective communication and anticipation of customer needs
- Ability to make timely decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced setting
