Role Overview and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the management of a single restaurant location, directly influencing its operational success. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, managing, and directing team members to meet financial targets while ensuring excellent customer service. To equip you for this role, a minimum of three weeks of structured store leadership training is provided. Maintaining a flexible schedule with the ability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential due to business demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of high school education is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of current residence to another store as needed.
• Availability for a variable schedule incorporating weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification, specifically Serve Safe, is required.

Physical and Work Environment Considerations (ADA Statement)

The work involves standing for extended periods, preparing hot and cold food items, utilizing kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, working in hot and often noisy environments, and performing manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
