Job description
Primary Purpose of the Role
This position is focused on the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of asset management standards, policies, procedures, and systems. The goal is to support effective oversight of QatarEnergy's non-operated assets through robust asset management strategies.
The incumbent will champion best-in-class asset management practices by enforcing quality assurance measures, integrating industry benchmarks, and spearheading training and knowledge dissemination programs.
Moreover, this role is instrumental in enhancing the organization's capability by cultivating communities of practice and advancing asset management expertise through strategically designed learning and development initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the energy sector, with at least 8 years dedicated to asset or joint venture management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of asset management concepts, change management methodologies, and relevant systems.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with asset management teams.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
