Role Overview

The Assembler position requires adherence to safety and manufacturing standards, maintaining product quality, and keeping workspaces organized. The role involves physical activity including regular lifting of items weighing between 21-50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and comply with all safety protocols to prevent any accidents or injuries.
• Adhere strictly to manufacturing procedures to maintain consistent production output.
• Ensure product quality by following standard operating procedures and identifying quality risks.
• Keep all work areas clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
• Consistently handle lifting tasks involving loads of 21 to 50 pounds.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Prior experience in rollout processes is advantageous.
• Fundamental proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.

Skills and Knowledge

• Basic mathematical calculation abilities.
• Experience or knowledge in operating air tools.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts.
• Ability to read or learn to read tape measures.
