Field Testing Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Field Testing Engineer responsible for on-site testing, validation, and installation support of products at multiple locations across India. This position demands hands-on experience with laptops and a readiness for frequent travel to client or project sites.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across India to conduct testing and validation of product functionality.
• Perform installation, calibration, and configuration of product hardware and software components.
• Gather field data, logs, and monitor performance metrics during operational phases.
• Detect real-time issues, apply immediate fixes, or escalate problems to the technical team as necessary.
• Engage with clients and site officials during product trials, offering demonstrations and technical explanations.
• Compile comprehensive field testing reports and analytical summaries.
• Keep testing tools, equipment, and kits properly maintained and ready for use.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to facilitate continuous product enhancements.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational guidelines during all field assignments.
